Avery's Story

 This little girl has a disease called SMA, Spinal Muscular Atrophy.  SMA is a group of diseases which affect the motor neurons of the spinal cord and brain stem. This disease kills more babies than any other genetic disease.  I never heard of this disease before and after reading Avery's story it is something I think everyone should be aware of.  Please check out Avery's blog so we can help her bring awareness to everyone out there.
